It had been awhile since I had attended sangha. Some were legitimate reasons - some not. I think some reading burnout is a big reason why. Buddhism really shouldn't be seen as an academic pursuit, but it is hard to get out of that mentality sometimes.
So glad I went. A friend from softball was there, which is the first time I've attended and actually known someone outside of sangha.
The dharma talk was very timely for me, and many others as well.
